Sound of Success Imola

What are race teams seeing that you're missing?
You’ll watch live Free Practice sessions from the paddock, surrounded by drivers, engineers and real‑time data. Your day continues with on‑site workshops in the Duqueine Racing motorhome and pitbox, where technology, pressure and precision come together.
This is not a conference room. This is where performance actually happens.
If you’ve never experienced how elite teams operate when every second counts, this is what you’re currently missing.

How fast can you really decide?
Whether you’re managing a race car or a production line, the reality is the same: decisions must be made fast, under pressure, with incomplete information, while everything keeps running. In many factories, this leads to late detection of issues, reactive maintenance and decisions based on assumptions rather than real insight.
In endurance racing, that approach is simply not an option. Teams continuously monitor performance while the car is on track, using real‑time signals to detect problems early and act before failure occurs. Speed, clarity and confidence in decision‑making are what keep them competitive.
During this event, you’ll experience exactly how this works and how the same principles apply to maintenance and operations. Through live, on‑site workshops and demonstrations, Sorama experts show how sound is turned into actionable insight, allowing you to identify issues while systems are running and take action without interrupting operations.
This is how race teams stay ahead. And this is what maintenance managers learn to apply directly in their own factories.

Why is this event relevant and worth attending?
In industrial environments, equipment rarely fails at a convenient moment. Small issues grow unnoticed, alarms come too late, and decisions often have to be made while production keeps running. Stopping a line “to check” is not always an option, yet waiting too long leads to downtime, quality issues or unexpected costs.
This event is relevant because it puts you in a setting where this exact problem is solved every day. In motorsport, systems are monitored continuously while operating under extreme conditions. Issues are detected early, signals are interpreted fast and actions are taken based on impact, not gut feeling.
During this experience, you see and work with this approach hands‑on: how real‑time insights are used to prevent failure and keep performance high without interrupting operations. You take home practical ways of thinking and working that directly translate to industrial maintenance and operations, helping you detect problems earlier, make better decisions under pressure and avoid unnecessary downtime in your own factory.
